After-sales services modes
1. Telephone service
Customers can contact our after-sales Service Department by telephone.
When you contact us, please let us know the following information:
· Your name and phone number.
· Detail of fault information ( if necessary, you may be asked to send photos to us ) After-sales service engineers will offer technical support and guidance regarding your query.
2. Real-time communication service
After-sales service engineers can provide customer service via TM & E-mail & Skype, for example, sending the video files of software operation & graphic card setup by TM to show how to operate products.
3. Remote control service
SGM Video engineers can operate the customer’s computer remotely via Internet, to install and set up software for customers, and to answer technical questions about the LED display system software.
4. Repair Service
Customers can send the defective components back to SGM Video. We will repair them and return to you as soon as we can. Please refer to the trouble shooting chart for resolutions to some simple component problems.
Before returning any components for repair, please first download and fill in the RMA form ( xls, pdf )and send it to email@example.com for approval. You will then be given an RMA number which should accompany the goods being returned.
